Greenville’s Vistas Association is a nonprofit corporation organized under, and doing business as provided in accordance with South Carolina law.

Vistas consistently delivers Supporter-valued services and solutions, as principled stewards advancing and protecting the quality of life and natural environment of Paris Mountain and other areas of Greenville County, South Carolina.
Mission Statement
Vistas establishes and implements results-oriented policies, plans, procedures, including civic and legal action, to assure the best, most principled, and highest standards of land development and use on Paris Mountain and in other areas of Greenville County.
Current Objectives
(A) Assuring that current Land Development and Zoning Regulations are interpreted and enforced uniformly and in good faith on Paris Mountain and other areas of Greenville County.
(B) Resolving uncertainties, ambiguities, and gaps in the current Land Development and Zoning Regulations, and advocating for amendments thereto, for the orderly, harmonious, most principled development of Paris Mountain and other areas of Greenville County as consistent with the best interests of current and future Supporters.
(C) Pursuing a safe and high quality of life and natural environment, freedom from hazards and disruptions of peaceful and lawful land use, and preservation of environmentally sensitive lands on Paris Mountain and in other areas of Greenville County.
(D) Preventing abuse of trees, vegetation, waters, topography, natural character, and other attributes of land, air, and open green space on Paris Mountain and in other areas of Greenville County.
(E) Out-reach activities to educate and recruit a broad, diverse base of Supporters among residents of Paris Mountain and other areas of Greenville County.
(F) Collaborating with other like-minded nonprofit organizations.
(G) Raising funds through all legal means, to support Vistas’ Vision, Mission, and Objectives.
